Items Damaged in Transit?

Though it's a rare occurrence, every now and then something will get damaged in transit. If that happens, shoot me a message and we'll get it sorted!

(After all, there's a reason that I insure all of my shipments.)

Returns

I've been trying to figure out how to phrase this... basically, I don't do them. Before you write me off, please hear me out.

So the problem with refunds and returns comes down to scammers and jerks. I'm not saying _you_ are a scammer or a jerk, but look at Walmart, Target, and Amazon, right? All you have to do is briefly peruse the r/PokemonTCG subreddit and you'll quickly find a number of recent posts about people getting resealed items and/or questioning the items they purchased from these retailers.

Ultimately, the reason this happens comes down to returns; people buy stuff (packs, boxes, etc), bring it home, take the good stuff out, reseal, and return. I'm not trying to overstate the problem, but it definitely happens on a consistent basis and it's not good. This is not something you need to worry about when you a make purchase on this site.

At the end of the day, you want to know that the product you're buying is genuine and hasn't been tampered with. The only way I can guarantee this is by not accepting returns. Once a product leaves my hands, I have no way of guaranteeing it hasn't been tampered with, and it would absolutely break my heart to inadvertently sell somebody a product that been tampered with.

This is why I don't do returns.

PS. If you feel passionately about this topic either way, please don't hesitate to reach out and chat. I'd love to hear your thoughts. :)
