Mayday Games says these are "PerfectFit" sleeves, but it's probably not quite what you're thinking. "Perfect Fit" (to me) implies something akin to a KMC Perfect Fit Sleeves (KMC2000) that is literally a perfect fit; no room in the sleeve for the card to move and they're kind of a pain in the ass to put a card in.
These sleeves definitely have less room than, say, Ultra Pro Regulars or Cardboard Gold Soft Sleeves, but it's far from a "Perfect Fit." They're just "Better Fitting" penny sleeves. You can read more about it on the manufacturer's page, but TBH it's not really any more helpful. :)
